The Mission of the English Department at Golden Valley High School is to meet students where they are and move them to the next level in their growth. Ultimately, we want to foster a life-long love of learning and give our students the opportunity to experience and explore the domains of Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening and the creative satisfaction and joy that each one can bring.
